This image denotes a water dropet as a whole, within that water droplet a human figure is emerging which is saving the ground water flowing from the black pipe you can see above which is the water source from the ground and the water is flowing out from that pipe is in the heart shape(if you observe closely), indiacting that water is like a lifeline for everyone here on the earth. As a whole it is representing the years of efforts of CGWB in preserving and utilising the ground water in a better way and the immense improtance of water for all of us to survive at the same time(this whole part is hand drawn).
